Glucosamine and Chondroitin, which occur naturally in the body, work to maintain cartilage health by keeping it nourished. Glucosamine works to maintain the fluid in cartilage, while Chondroitin, an ingredient of cartilage tissue, works to draw fluid and nutrients in. Since cartilage is not supported by the circulatory system, both of these processes become vital. Working together, they promote your first line of defence against joint deterioration.

Shake well and take 60 ml to 120 ml a day. Try for Arthritis but check with Doctor if on medication.  Forever Freedom contains Glucosamine which is not recommended for patients taking Warfarin.  If you have been prescribed Warfarin you should not take Forever Freedom.
