The Healing Store's Delivery & Returns PolicyWe want you to feel confident about shopping with The Healing Store. If you have a problem, or are unhappy with your purchase, then we will do our best to put the matter right.Our opening times are 09:00-17:30 Monday to Friday and we despatch goods on all of these days. Returns If you happen to have a problem, or are simply unhappy with your purchase, then we will do our best to rectify the matter for you. You can return your purchase free of charge within 30 days and we will gladly replace the item or give a full refund. If we have made a mistake or the goods are damaged, we'll also refund the delivery charges. We regret that we are unable to accept returns of any sealed items, once the seal has been broken. Otherwise we accept returns of complete products, unused and in an "as new" condition. For your own protection when you are returning an item to us, we recommend that you send it back to us using a recorded delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us, unless we delivered the wrong product, it was damaged or it was faulty. Under the distance selling regulations, we reserve the right to deduct the full postage and packaging costs to send your goods to you, from your refund. This does not affect your statutory rights. Cancellation You may cancel your order with us at any time up to the 7th working day from the day you ordered the goods. You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your order and you will not have to pay any penalty. To cancel your order you must notify us in writing. If you have received the goods before you cancel your order then you must send the goods back to our contact address at your own cost and risk. If you cancel your order but we have already processed the goods for delivery you must not unpack the goods when you receive them, you must send them back to us at our contact address at your own cost and risk. Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your order, any sum debited from your credit or debit card will be re-credited to you within 7 days of your order. If you cancel the order but do not return the goods to us in the condition they were in when delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you. Delivery Charges 1. All our UK delivery costs are £1.95 no matter what size your order is. 2. This includes the weight of both the products and the packaging. 3. We aim to deliver your order within 2-5 working days. All items will be sent by Royal Mail up to 3kg, over this all items will be sent by courier. 4. All returns must be sent back to us at our contact address at your own cost and risk. (64 Woodthorpe Avenue, Boston, LINCS PE21 0NP) Points to note:- Items can go out of stock very quickly. If you order an item and it is out of stock we will let you know as soon as we can and inform you of our expected stock delivery date. If it is unacceptable to you we will offer you an alternative or a full refund. All delivery timescales are subject to stock availability. The contents of your order and your delivery postcode will determine which delivery services you will be offered. Your order may be delivered on more than one vehicle as this allows us to use specialist carriers, trained in handling your items and allows us to keep your postage costs down. Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes on any of our delivery services. Terms & Conditions Apply If you live in a block of flats, The Healing Store will not take any responsibility for goods that have not been delivered. If you wish to have your goods sent by recorded delivery then please make a note in the notes section whereby a charge of £1.00 will be added to your order. Overseas Postage
