All Forever Living products have a 60 day Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee. The Healing Store are pleased to fully endorse this guarantee, the details of which are given below.

Forever Living Products (UK) Ltd guarantees the quality of the Forever Living Products range of products within the United Kingdom. If you are not completely satisfied with any item please return the receipt to The Healing Store, together with the unused part of the product or the empty containers, within 60 days of purchase and The Healing Store will refund the purchase price paid.

This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

If you are still not satisfied please contact Customer Services at the registered office of Forever Living Products given below. To back up the commitment of Forever Living Products to customer satisfaction, the Direct Selling Association operates a dispute resolution service for any customer who is still not satisfied.

You may be interested to know that less than one percent of Forever Living products are in fact returned under this guarantee.
