HEALING + HARMONY = BALANCE!

The idea for The Healing Store first came about because we wanted to create an on-line store that could reach out to many people worldwide, helping to bring them a wide range of quality alternative healing products, therapies and advice. We wanted to make it accessible to people with illnesses or disabilities and for those who don't simply have the access or the knowledge as to what products are available.  So in October 2005 the web site was launched and the customers started to come and word started to spread.  After four months we came second in our regional Business Awards and we are finalists again in the 2007 Business Awards.

What really gives us satisfaction is the Feedback we receive on a daily basis from our customers - from doctors to retired dinner ladies, all of our customers are valued and every comment means just as much to us.   It's so rewarding for us to hear how we have helped to change or improve someones quality of life, with either the products or advice we provide. It's very rewarding and leaves us feeling extremely humble that we are able to make such positive changes in this way. 

Even our planet needs healing, that's why we have installed energy saving computers, printers, copiers and light bulbs, never leaving them on sleep or standby.  Even making sure we turn the lights off when we leave the room.  We try to  recycle all the cardboard, paper, plastic, envelopes, newspapers and packaging materials we generate. So when you receive your parcel from us in a re-cycled box and packaged with newspaper, this is one of the ways in which we are trying to help the environment.  There are other processes we are changing and are looking at new ways in which we can do more.
